Getting Started​

What you'll need​

  • Slack account:
    • A paid Slack account is required to set up shared customer channels.
  • Zendesk account:
    • You must be on a support plan that allows API and webhook access.

Quickstart​

  1. 🤖 Install the Zensync Slackbot to your Slack organization. Read the guide
  2. ⚡️ Connect Zensync to your Zendesk account. Read the guide
  3. 🤝 Invite the Zensync bot to a Slack channel with the /invite @zensync command. Read the guide

🧵 Now, any new Slack message in the connected channel will create a new ticket in Zendesk. Replies from Zendesk will be threaded in Slack.
