Adding Channels

The Zensync bot can be added to a channel by typing the command /invite @zensync into the desired channel.

Be aware of plan limits

If you exceed the channel limit in your plan, Zensync will still join the channel but tickets won't be created in Zendesk until you upgrade.

Removing Channels

To remove Zensync from a channel, go to that channel and type the command /remove @zensync.
