Zendesk Signatures

Unlike emails, it's uncommon to include a signature in a Slack message, so Zensync attempts to strip out any signatures from Zendesk before sending to Slack. If your Zendesk signature contains placeholders (e.g. anything in {{...}} brackets) then it cannot be stripped out and will cause the whole signature to be sent into Slack. If this is undesireable then it's recommended that you remove placeholder values or signatures entirely.

Important!

Zendesk signatures that contain any placeholders (e.g. {{some_placeholder}} cannot be removed by Zensync and will be passed through to Slack.
