Editing Slack Messages
When a message is edited in Slack, it's posted as a private comment back in the Zendesk ticket with the prefix (Edited). The original Zendesk comment remains unchanged.
Tip
If you're unsure about the message contents in Slack, click the (View in Slack) link on every Zendesk comment to see the message in it's original context in the Slack desktop app.
Messages from Zendesk back into Slack cannot be edited once sent - just like an email cannot be edited once sent. Depending on your Slack organization settings, the Slack admins may be able to edit / delete messages sent by Zensync from Zendesk into Slack.
