Fixed monthly pricing makes it easy for your whole team to adopt Zensync.

All pricing is per Slack organization, not per seat. The total cost does not depend on how many users you have in Slack or Zendesk.
💼 Enterprise plans are availble that allow you whitelabel Zensync to keep your company icon and branding, and any other custom requirements you may have. These plans start at $830/mo and are invoiced annually.
*all plans have a soft limit of 25,000 messages per month. Contact us if you need a higher limit.
Billing​
You can update your billing information, change, or cancel your plan at any time by navigating to the Home tab of the Zensync bot in Slack and clicking Account Details > Manage Subscription.
Keep in mind that if you're trying to downgrade your plan but are exceeding the channel limit, you'll need to remove Zensync from some channels to get below the limit before you can downgrade.
