Shared Slack channel​

For all Zensync cloud customers - even on the Free plan - we offer a shared Slack channel for support, feedback, and implementation questions.

You should have received an invite to join your shared Slack channel upon adding the Zensync bot to Slack. If the invite expired, or you didn't receive it, send a message to support@slacktozendesk.com with the name of your Slack organization and we'll get everything set up.

If you're self-hosting Zensync, we cannot provide direct support but feel free to open an issue on Github.
