Message Formatting
Zensync attempts to match formatting between Slack and Zendesk whenever possible. The below table summarizes which types of formatting are supported when sent between Slack and Zendesk.

Hyperlinks
Hyperlinks are a special case, and only appear as clickable links if the full link is entered. Inline links are not supported and will appear as regular text with no context to the hyperlink.
Inline links are not supported
Inline links (e.g. clickable text) is not supported unless the full URL is entered. Be sure to use the a full URL in your messages and not formatted inline links.
