Deleting Slack Messages

If top-level Slack message is deleted, the corresponding Zendesk ticket gets closed out. This is done to remove unintentional Slack messages from Zendesk, and also because any future replies from Zendesk would have no thread to be sent to in Slack.

If a message in a thread is deleted, it's handled similarly to message edits, and a new private comment will be posted in Zendesk with the (Deleted) prefix.
